In case of dissatisfaction from our services, clients have the liberty to cancel their orders and request a refund from us. Our Policy for the cancellation and refund will be as follows:
For Cancellations please email us at email@example.com mentioning the Order ID in the subject of the mail.
Cancellation request can be sent within 7 days of the order. Any request received after 7 days will not be entertained.
Defective products are eligible to be refunded within 7 days of delivery. Once you have received the order and the product is either damaged or has any defects, you can send us a refund request by mailing us at firstname.lastname@example.org with an image of the defective product. Once you have returned us the defective product we will initiate the process to refund the order amount including logistic charges required to ship the product back to us. If paid by credit card, refunds will be issued to the original credit card provided at the time of purchase and in case of any other payment methods, refund will be made to the same account. The refund will be processed within 7 working days from the receipt of the refund request.
